    - To perform our contract with you (processing Deposits, issuing Coupons).
    - To comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-fraud).
    - For our legitimate interests (improving the Site, analytics, marketing) balanced against your rights.

    - To process Deposits and issue coupons.
    - To communicate campaign instructions, confirmations, and updates.
    - To manage refunds and cancellations.

Newsletter subscription data will be retained for up to 10 years from collection unless you unsubscribe or request earlier deletion.     - Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal process payment data under their own privacy policies.
    - Kickstarter: when you redeem a coupon via Kickstarter, limited matching information (email address) is used to verify your coupon.
    - Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support providers under contract and only with access needed to perform services.
    - Legal requests: we will disclose personal data to comply with legal obligations or protect rights.

    Some service providers (e.g., Stripe, analytics) may transfer or store personal data outside the European Economic Area. We use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or ensure providers operate under an adequate framework.

  9. Your rights (EU/EEA residents)
    You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
